When will my hat ship?

Each hat is embroidered to order and usually ships within 2 to 5 business days. US delivery typically takes another 3 to 5 business days.

What sizes are there?

Two stretch-fit sizes: S/M fits 21 1/4 to 22 3/4 in, L/XL fits 22 3/8 to 23 7/8 in. Measure around your head just above the ears.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on every US order.

Can I return it?

Because each hat is made to order, we can't take returns for fit or change of mind. If it arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it free.
